Try this to see if your email is being abused

1. Create an account with gmail (eg: testspam@gmail.com)
2. while giving this account to anyone, usetestspam+companyname@gmail.com
The cool thing about gmail is that anything after the "+" symbol is automatically ignored, and the email will actually land up in the original email account, in this case testspam@gmail.com
3. now, if you start getting spam to this account with a To: address oftestspam+companyname@gmail.com, you know who is spamming you. Also, this makes it super easy to create a spam filter
4. I've used this technique many times with great success, when I dont know if a particular company can be trusted.

Please do confirm if indiatimes/direcpay is indeed spamming you/your customers so that others can avoid dealing with them. I know for sure they spam their email accounts a lot, so I would'nt be surprised if they are spamming other customers as well. My decision on partnering with them will largely be influenced by your response, so kindly to respond
